East Coast Mechanical Services has enthusiastically implemented a "quality" approach to providing world–class products and services and is proud of its achievements and capabilities in this important area.

What is Quality Assurance?

Quality Assurance is simply the ability to demonstrate conformance to specified requirements. This is done by providing objective or real evidence of product and service quality during design, procurement, manufacture, installation, commissioning and servicing stages of a project.

But it is more than simply keeping records. Quality Assurance promotes an attitude towards efficient and productive working by encouraging individuals to 'get it right' the first time. Its systematic approach and emphasis on planning, together and traditional inspection, reduces re–work and waste and results in products and services being delivered on time and to specification.

East Coast Mechanical Services Quality Assurance

East Coast Mechanical Services recognises the important role of quality assurance and has based our Quality Assurance on AS/NZS9001:2000 Standard Series and consists of quality manual, procedures, system/technical instructions and all associated forms.

The East Coast Mechanical Services Quality Assurance system has already been successfully applied on mechanical services projects throughout Queensland.

East Coast Mechanical Services specialises in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of engineering systems serving buildings and industrial plants.

East Coast Mechanical Services policy is to encourage continual improvement of our quality performance through communication and education.

Our performance standard is full conformance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

East Coast Mechanical Services Quality System implements this policy and is based on AS/NZS9001:2000, Certificate no. 1448.

The management of East Coast Mechanical Services will ensure that the East Coast Mechanical Services Quality System is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation and continues to provide the assurance of quality required by customers.
