Enterprise Agreements
East Coast Mechanical Services have registered Federal EBA's that cover both on site sheetmetal workers and mechanical services plumbers.
These agreements have been endorsed by East Coast Mechanical Services and our employee's, with certification of the agreements by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (D.E.W.R) have confirmed that East Coast Mechanical Services EBA's satisfies the requirement for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
East Coast Mechanical Services has introduced a training program to encourage development and continual improvement to the work methods and practices in creating a workplace environment so that our employees and clients can benefit both financially and achieving a quality project 'On–Time – First–Time'.
As a direct employer of Building Services tradespersons our industrial record is good and we maintain a regular dialogue with the respective employees so that harmony prevails on our projects.
